A Hospital Corporation -- UNSi provides complex networking, broadband and hosted monitoring services in a multi-state area. Connecting over 150 hospitals, imaging centers, doctor’s offices and data centers together in a seamless network allows the hospital corporation to run medical applications and transmit MRI’s and electronic medical records directly to other doctors and specialists in a secure and un-interrupted networking environment. Previously this organization had many different broadband providers nationwide, and needed a company to manage their network and provide one bill. Leveraging UNSi’s relationships with over 2,000 service providers, UNSi made all the arrangements with each different provider (50+ providers) to consolidate services under one umbrella, one bill and take the headache away from their finance and IT department, all the while locating additional savings and proposing ways to leverage newer technology to increase efficiency.
Branch of the Federal Government – UNSi provides aggregated broadband solutions for 8,000 locations: DSL, cable modem services, integrated billing, hosted monitoring and network management service. Previously this organization struggled managing multiple providers and reconciling 100+ bills from these providers. UNSi prequalified, procured and provisioned all circuits and now manages them through a customer remedy system. UNSi became their single source provider. The resulting benefit was the management of one network, an aggregated broadband solution and one bill, deploying personnel to other mission critical work.
Franchise Fitness Organization -- UNSi provides carrier and networking solutions to over 25 locations/fitness centers in North America, customizing the solutions per site. Services include MPLS, DIA, DSL, Managed LAN, Hosted Monitoring and Managed Router. This organization needed one company to provide reliable Internet and networking services to their fitness centers geographically dispersed across North America customized per location. In addition, they needed one company to manage this network – so they turned to UNSi. This franchise continues to add additional sites as they open new clubs nationwide.
The Fourth Most Widely Circulated Daily Newspaper in the United States -- UNSi provides complex network solutions with IP redundancy and backup solutions to this reputable news organization. Services include Ethernet over Copper (EoC), DIA, Managed Colocation, Managed Router, Managed Firewall, and Managed LAN. This organization came to UNSi to provide a highly secure and reliable networking solution with IP redundancy ensuring their company website and network, which supports hundreds of streaming content daily, is always up and running with no interruptions. In October of 2012 during Super-Storm Hurricane Sandy, UNSi worked 24x7 ensuring their network was uninterrupted which was due to the highly reliable redundancy solutions in place already and the network monitoring and management services provided to them by UNSi. They were one of very few businesses on the east coast that did not lose connectivity of their network and site.
Nationally Branded Franchise of Cafes -- UNSi provides broadband and networking solutions for over 1,000 locations, includes broadband solutions, hosted monitoring, network management and integrating billing. Individual cafés are aggregated to UNSi’s NOC facility where they connect to the point-of-sale provider's network, the Internet or the café's internal network. The customer chose to provide the equipment and support for this colocation facility. UNSi configured the VPN tunnels for the applications to speak with their individual cafés. This franchise continues to add locations as more cafes open across North America.
