Theodore B. Baum – Chairman of the Board
Managing Member of Baum Private Investments
Theodore B. Baum has been in the cable business since 1957. His experience in all of the sectors from the administrative aspect, technical divisions, to the financial advisory and cable operations has earned him a reputation as a true pioneer of the cable industry.
Although an original native New Yorker, Mr. Baum went on to graduate with honors from Lehigh University with a double major in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration. After serving in the U.S. Army, following graduation, he embarked on his career. He has held the positions of President at Vikoa Inc., COO of Cable Information Systems, and Chairman & CEO of Helicon Cable which was later sold to Charter Communications. Currently he is the Managing Member of Baum Private Investments, LLC along with holding a number of positions on many boards providing his knowledge and expertise.
In addition to his valuable experience, Mr. Baum takes time to give back through The Theodore & Ruth Baum Charitable Foundation, enjoys traveling, and is an avid art collector.
Francis D. John
President & CEO of UNSi
Francis D. John is President & Chief Executive Officer of United Network Services, Inc. (UNSi) with over 30 years of senior management experience. Fran served on the Board of Directors of UNSi since 2006 and is an active investor in the company. In April of 2011 Fran was asked to lead the company based on his highly diversified and accomplished track record. Fran specializes in corporate turnaround, consolidation and company growth in both domestic and international markets. Fran’s executive management experience as Chairman, CEO and President of both public and private company’s spans across the energy, healthcare, hospitality and telecommunications industries.
Fran has made multiple appearances throughout his career on CNBC, CNN FN and Bloomberg, has been a keynote speaker at various worldwide industry conferences and has spoken on Capitol Hill numerous times. Fran graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and graduated from Fairleigh Dickenson University with a Master of Business Administration.
Peter Hopper
CEO & Co-Founder of DH Capital
Peter Hopper is the Co-Founder and CEO of DH Capital, LLC. Peter has led a number of significant transactions for DH Capital, including the $140 million sale of Hosted Solutions to ABRY Partners and the $75.5 million equity/debt financing for DataPipe by Goldman Sachs and Atalaya Capital. Prior to founding DH Capital, Peter was the CEO of DURO Communications, a leading ISP in the southeastern United States. Prior to DURO, Peter was the Vice President of Business Development for Helicon Cable, a top 20, privately owned, cable MSO.
Peter is deeply involved in the managed hosting and data center industries and is a frequent speaker at industry events, such as the Tier1 Hosting Summit and HostingCon. Peter holds a BS degree in Finance from Lehigh University.
Melvin S. Heller
Principal
Heller Properties
Melvin S. Heller is Principal of Heller Properties located in New York, NY. Mr. Heller’s background in commercial real estate stems back over 40 years rooting back to his family business which began in New York City. Heller Properties has successfully expanded to include several office and retail buildings in Manhattan from the Talbot's Building at 525 Madison to the Hermes Building at 691 Madison Avenue, to a presence in Soho consisting of three large commercial buildings on Broadway and Spring Street, in addition to properties in the Meatpacking District. Heller Properties also has real estate investments on the west coast in Los Angeles, California including Rodeo Drive and Melrose Place.
Mr. Heller is active civically in lower Manhattan serving as Vice Chairman of Land and Zoning Use for the Community Board for all of Manhattan south of Chambers Street. He also founded the Nassau Street and John Street Mall to pedestrianize downtown and also helped create a “24 Hour Community” as owner of five buildings in the area.
Mr. Heller serves on the Board of Directors of McCulloch Hall Museum-Federal Furniture and Architecture and Thomas Nast Collection. Mr. Heller holds several degrees graduating from Columbia College with a Bachelors Degree, New York University with a Law Degree and a Masters in Taxation from New York University.
Munish Sood

Munish Sood is the founder of Princeton Advisory Group, Inc. and serves as the CEO & President of the firm. Princeton Advisory Group, is a SEC registered investment firm founded in 2002 with expertise in managing investments across various fixed income strategies for its institutional and family office clients. Mr. Sood is actively involved in all aspects of the firm and sits on all investment and risk management committees. Prior to forming Princeton Advisory Group, Inc., Mr. Sood co-founded BoTree Investments, LLC in 2001 where he was the Chief Investment Officer until it was sold in 2006. BoTree specialized in managing assets across equities, fixed income and structured products on behalf of its clients. Prior to BoTree, Mr. Sood was the Senior Portfolio Manager at Global Value Investors, Inc. from January 1999 to April 2001. Prior to Global Value Investors, Inc., Mr. Sood was a Senior Analyst/Trader at Penn Capital Management, Inc. and an associate at Bankers Trust.
Mr. Sood received a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accounting from Rider University. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Investment Analyst Society of New York and the CFA Institute. Mr. Sood is a founder of First Choice Bank in Lawrenceville, NJ and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board since its inception in 2007.
